摘要
【目的】建立阳春砂颗粒的质量标准。【方法】采用薄层色谱法对阳春砂颗粒中的香草酸、原儿茶酸和槲皮苷等成分进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对香草酸进行含量测定。【结果】薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰;香草酸在0.103~1.645μg(r=0.999 6)范围内呈良好的线性关系;其平均回收率(N=6)为99.8%(sR=0.7%)。【结论】该方法操作简便,重复性好,结果准确可靠,可有效控制阳春砂颗粒的质量。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Yangchtmsha (Amomum villosum) Granula. Methods Vanillic acid, protocatechuic acid and quercitrin from Yangchunsha Granula were identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC) . The content of vanillic acid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) . Results The spots of TLC were clear and well separated, without the interference of the negative control. The vanillic acid presented linear tendency in the range of 0.103-1.645μg (r=0.999 6), and its average recovery rate of reference sample was 99.8% (N=6, RSD=0.7%) . Conclusion The developed method is simple, reproducible and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Yangchunsha Granula.
