生脉散合逍遥散加减治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效分析 被引量:3

Therapeutic Effect of Shengmai Powder Plus Modified Xiaoyao Powder for Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

摘要 【目的】观察生脉散合逍遥散加减治疗慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的临床疗效。【方法】将60例慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为对照组28例与治疗组32例,对照组给予VitC、VitBco、ATP、谷维素等药物口服治疗,治疗组给予生脉散合逍遥散加减治疗,2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察其疗效,并观察治疗前后疲劳评定量表(FAI)的各参数评分变化情况。【结果】(1)治疗组的总有效率为87.50%,对照组的总有效率为46.43%,治疗组的临床总疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)治疗组治疗后FAI各因子均有显著改善,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);对照组治疗后FAI各因子均无明显改善,与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),表明治疗组在改善FAI评分方面优于对照组。【结论】生脉散合逍遥散加减治疗慢性疲劳综合征有良好的疗效。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shengmai Powder plus modified Xiaoyao Powder for the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) . Methods Sixty CFS patients were randomized into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given oral use of VitC, VitBco, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and oryzanol, and the treatment group was given Shengmai Powder plus modified Xiaoyao Powder additionally. Two weeks constituted one treatment course, and the treatment lasted 2 courses. After treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated, and the changes of scores of Fatigue Assessment Instrument (FAI) were also observed. Results The total effective rate was 87.50 % in the treatment group and 46.43 % in the control group, thedifference being significant (P 〈0.01). The score of each item of FAI was improved in the treatment group after treatment as compared to that before treatment (P 〈0.05 or P〈0.01), but the improvement was little in the control group (P〉0.05) . The improvement of FAI scores in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group after treatment (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Shengmai Powder plus modified Xiaoyao Powder shows satisfactory effect for the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.
