八段锦对高血压病血管内皮功能影响的超声研究 被引量:21

摘要 【目的】观察八段锦锻炼对高血压病患者血管内皮功能的影响。【方法】将60例高血压病患者随机分为八段锦锻炼组和散步锻炼组各30例。在进行常规药物治疗基础上,八段锦锻炼组进行八段锦锻炼,2次/d,20 min/次,连续3个月;散步锻炼组进行散步锻炼,2次/d,20 min/次,连续3个月。利用高频超声技术检测锻炼前和锻炼3个月后肱动脉血流介导的血管内皮功能值。【结果】2组经过3个月锻炼后肱动脉血流介导的血管内皮功能检测值均较锻炼前提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且八段锦锻炼组血管内皮功能检测值较散步锻炼组的检测值高,但2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与健康志愿组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明2组的检测值均未达到健康志愿组水平。【结论】高血压病患者进行八段锦锻炼和散步锻炼均能提高肱动脉血流介导的血管内皮功能检测值,而且八段锦锻炼组较散步锻炼组的血管内皮功能检测值有一定提高,故可把八段锦锻炼作为临床辅助治疗高血压病的运动医学处方。高频超声检测技术可为其提供评价的科学依据。 Objective To observe the effect of Baduanjin exercise on the vascular endothelial function in patients with hypertension. Methods Sixty hypertension patients were equally randomized into Baduanjin group and walking group. Both groups were given conventional medicine, and additionally they took the Baduanjin exercise and routine waking exercise respectively, twice per day for 3 continuous months. High-frequency ultrasonography was applied for detection of vascular endothelial function values mediated by the flow of brachial artery before exercise and after exercise for 3 months. Results The vascular endothelial function of brachial artery was improved in both groups after exercise for 3 months, the differences being statistically significant (P〈0.05) The values of vascular endothelial function were higher in Baduanjin group than those in the walking group, but there was no statistically significant difference (P〉0.05) . When compared to the healthy volunteers, the differences of the values in both groups were significant (P 〈0.05) , indicating that the values were not recovered to the normal level. Conclusion Both the Baduanjin exercise and walking exercise can improve the flow-mediated function values of vascular endothelium, and the effect of Baduanjin exercise is better, indicating that Baduanjin exercise can be a new adjuvant therapy approach of hypertension in clinical sports medicine. Sonography can provide scientific evidence in the evaluation for the effect of Baduanjin exercise on the treatment of hypertension.
