体外膜肺氧合在心肺功能辅助中的应用进展 被引量:5

摘要 体外膜肺氧合(extracorporealmembraneOX—ygenation,ECMO)又称做体外生命支持系统(ex—tracorporeallifesupport,ECLS),发展于20世纪70年代,其基本工作原理是将患者的静脉血引流至体外,经氧气氧合后,再回输到患者的动脉或者静脉,替代或部分替代心脏、肺脏功能,可在一段时间内持续维持患者基本生命体征,以争取心、肺病变得到治愈及功能恢复的机会。ECMO是抢救垂危患者生命的一项新型技术。
