摘要
针对现有的装备使用决策研究难以说明所得评估值代表的物理意义的问题,重新定义了装备技术状态的概念,提出一套基于GO法和Extend的装备技术状态评估的仿真建模方法。从使用者决策需求出发,给出了技术状态的数学表达。采用GO法构建描述功能流程,提出GO模型向Extend仿真模型的转换规则,并利用该规则,将GO模型转换成Extend仿真模型,进行技术状态的仿真评估。分析结果表明:该方法具有可行性,且评估结论对决策者的价值更为直接和有效。
Because evaluation physical meaning of equipment operation decision is hard to describe, define equipment technical state concept again, put forwards a simulation modeling method of equipment technical evaluation based on GO method and Extend. Based on user decision requirement, give math expression of technical state. Use GO method to establish and describe function process, introduce transformation principle of GO model to Extend simulation model. Use the principle to transform GO model into Extend simulation model, and carry out simulation evaluation for technical state. The analysis result shows that the method has feasibility, and the value of the conclusions of the assessment of decisionmakers is more direct and effective.
