摘要
教研室是高校最基层的教学组织,它在高校教学管理和学术科研等方面都起着极为重要的作用。虽然高校不断加大对教研室的建设力度,但是目前依然存在诸多问题。本文以钦州学院化学化工学院为例,浅谈高校理工科教研室建设存在的问题与对策思考。
Teaching and research section was the most basic level of teaching organization, which played an extremely important role in college teaching management and academic research. Although colleges and universities continue intensifying the construction of the teaching and research section, there still existed many problems. Taking the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Qinzhou University as an example, problems and countermeasures of teaching and research section in the construction were discussed.
