摘要
PBL是一种新型的教学模式,以问题为基础,以学生为主体,有益学生学习能力,创新能力和实践能力的培养,从而提高整体教学质量。随着PBL教学方法的引入,作者摸索出一套以提高学生综合素质为主要目标的切实可行的教学方案。教学实践证明该教学方案能够激发学生的学习兴趣,在掌握药事管理学知识的同时,拓宽了学生的知识深度和广度,提高了学生分析和解决问题的能力,并增强了学生团结互助,灵活应变等人文素质的能力。
PBL was a new teaching model based on questions, taking the student as the main body, which was benefit for students' learning ability, innovation and practical thus to improve the overall quality of teaching. With the introduction of PBL teaching method, the practical teaching program set to improve the overall quality of students as the main target was explored. The teaching practice proved that the teaching programs can stimulate students' interest in learning, to master the knowledge of Pharmacy Administration as well as broaden the depth and breadth of students' knowledge, improve students' analytical and problem - solving skills, and enhance student ability of the strain humanistic quality such as solidarity, flexible and so on.
