摘要
对电解制氟生产碳板产生的"极化"现象及机理进行了介绍;针对阳极极化的现象及其机理,主要在减少电解液水分含量、选择质量性能可靠的碳板、改变电解槽内电解质组成、电解槽施加高电压、机械打磨等应对措施方面做了阐述。达到了减少电极极化的发生或有效消除极化的目的,延长了碳板的使用寿命。
Electrolysis production of fluorine carbon plate produced by the "polarization" phenomenon and the mechanism were introduced. Based on this, the measures mainly in reducing the moisture content, selecting of electrolyte carbon plate, quality and reliable performance of the change in the electrolytic tank electrolytic cell electrolyte composition, the high voltage application, and mechanical grinding were introduced to reduce the occurrence of electrode polarization or effectively eliminate polarization and to prolong the service life of the carbon plate.
