摘要
在pH值为3.2~6.2 NaAc-HAc缓冲介质中,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)与硫酸庆大霉素(GEN)相互作用形成缔合微粒,在320 nm,340 nm,420 nm,470 nm有4个散射峰,在470 nm处共振散射(RSS)峰值最大。基于此原理,本实验可用一定量的硫酸庆大霉素直接与环境水样阴离子表面活性剂(SDBS)相互作用,470 nm处共振散射光谱法分析结果与国标亚甲蓝法结果接近,该法有好的选择性和灵敏度,可用于环境水样分析。选择合适条件分析出十二烷基苯磺酸钠的检出限为0.034 mg/L。
In the range of 3.2 -6. 2 buffer acid solution medium, gentamicin (GEN) interacted with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfate (SDBS) can form ion association complexes. There were four RSS peaks in 320,340,420 and 470 nm, the maximum RSS in the 470 nm. Based on this principle, the experiment used a certain amount of gentamycin directly interacting with environmental water samples containing SDBS, which the analysis results of RSS method in 470 nm were approach to the national standard results. The method had a good selectivity and sensitivity, which can be applied to the determination of environmental waters. In the appropriate conditions of experiment, the detection limit of SDBS was 0. 034 mg/L
