摘要
用微波消解光度法快速测定水样中的化学需氧量(COD),讨论了消解时间、氯离子干扰二个消解消解条件,确定最佳的测定条件,并用实际样品进行了验证。研究结果表明:在测定邻苯二甲酸氢钾标准溶液时最大相对标准偏差为2.5%,回收率在100.7%~101.0%之间。在测定实际样品时,最大相对标准偏差为3.3%,相对标准回流法的最大误差为1.5%。该方法与标准回流法测定COD具有较好的一致性,但该方法速度快,是标准回流法的有效替代方法。
Rapid photometric determination of COD of standard substance by microwave heating was employed through digestion time and C1-interference. The best experimental condition was defined and verified by practical water sample. The study showed the maximum relative standard deviation was 2. 5% and the recovery rate was 100. 7% -101.0% by determining standard substance. Compared with actual sample, maximum relative standard deviation was 3.3% and the relative error was 1.5%. This method generally coincided with the determination by criterion, but can be in place of the criterion because of the efficiencies.
