摘要
传统的乙酸乙酯制备方法存在耗时长,副产物多,产率低,不环保等诸多缺点。鉴于此,本研究对乙酸乙酯的制备方法进行了改进,提出了新的实验操作方案,采用一水合硫酸氢钠作催化剂,以乙醇和乙酸为原料通过半微量蒸馏装置制备乙酸乙酯。实验操作简便,安全、省时,绿色环保,值得在教学中推广。
Traditional method for preparation of ethyl acetate existed several defects in more by - products, low yield and less environmental. To overcome all this, a new improvement method was created. Ethyl acetate was synthesized with acetic acid and ethanol as raw materials and sodium bisulfate as the catalyst by semi micro distillation apparatus. The new experimental method had the advantages of convenient operation, safety in use, time saving, green environmental and worthy of promotion.
