摘要
随着铜矿资源的日益枯竭,传统火法不能冶炼的低贫铜矿及氧化铜矿逐渐受到业界的关注。采用浸取-萃取-电积工艺的湿法炼铜具有成本低、耗能少、工艺简单、环境友好等优点。本实验针对废旧电路板回收铜,以大学分析化学实验为基础,设计一个新的适合大学化学开展的新实验,以大学理论教学联系实际工业需求,拓展大学实验的实际应用需求。
With the increasing depletion of copper resources, lean ore and oxidized copper mine in which the tradi- tional copper smelting method cannot fit, attracting the industry's attention. Leaching - solution extraction - electro winning ( L - SX - EW) copper hydrometallurgy process had the advantage of low cost, less energy consumption, simple process, and friendly environmental. The experiment designs for the recovery of copper scrap, based on the analytical chemistry, contacted the university theoretical teaching actual industrial demand, and expand the practical application of the university experiments needs.
