有机铜化合物抗磨修复性能研究

摘要 有机铜化合物添加剂不仅是良好的高温抗氧剂,同时具有优良的抗磨减摩性能;通过负荷392 N、588 N和784 N的磨损试验,验证了有机铜添加剂的抗磨极压性能;采用扫描电子显微镜和X射线能谱仪,分析了有机铜添加剂的抗磨修复性能。 Additive of organic copper complex was not only a high temperature oxidation inhibitor, but also had the quality performances of anti - wear and reparative. The anti - wear and extreme pressure performance of organic copper complex was validated by the wear resistance experimental on the pressure overload with 392 N, 588 N and 784 N. Performances of anti - wear and reparative of organic copper complex were analyzed with SEM and EDX.
