摘要
环巴胺是一种hedgehog信号通路抑制剂,对人类多种肿瘤细胞具有显著抑制作用,通过对环巴胺结构修饰及改造,有效地提高了其水溶性和抗肿瘤生物活性。本工作综述了近些年来对环巴胺结构修饰及改造的研究进展,并展望了环巴胺衍生物结构修饰更多类型,未来在抗肿瘤方面发挥更大作用。
Cyclopamine, a kind of steroidal alkaloid, could inhibit the hedgehog singaling pathway. Furthermore, it had good antineoplastic activity. Recent advances in the studies on the structure modification of cyclopamin to improve its solubility and antitumor biological activity, were reviewed. The structure modification of cyclopamine derivatives had more types, which played a more important role in antitumor on the future.
