摘要 王浆酸是天然存在于蜂王浆与蜂胶中,其具有抗癌、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎、抗溃疡、抗辐射、降血脂、增强免疫等功能等多种功效,是一种天然的保健品。Butenandt用红外光谱确定了王浆酸的结构为10-羟基-2-癸烯酸,Berker用核磁共振确定了它为反式异构体。王浆酸有多种合成方法,其中有格氏试剂法、witting-Horner试剂法、臭氧化法、溴化法、Knoevenagel缩合法等方法,各合成方法都有一定的优缺点。最后总结王浆酸合成研究现状及市场需求,其具有潜在的合成研究价值和广泛的应用前景。 Royal jelly acid, naturally present in royal jelly and propolis, had the effects of anti -cancer, anti - tumor, anti - bacterial, anti - inflammatory, anti - ulcer, anti - radiation, lowering blood pressure, enhanced immune function and so on, which was a natural health product. Butenandt determined the structure of royal jelly acid as 10 - hydroxy - 2 - decenoic acid by infrared spectroscopy, then Berker determined it as trans isomer using NMR spectroscopy. Many synthetic routes of royal jelly acid such as Grignard reaction, witting - Homer reagent method, ozonation, bromide method., and Knoevenagel condensation method were summarized, including the advantages and disadvantages. According to its research progress and market demand, the research of royal jelly acid showed potential synthetic value and broad application prospects.
