摘要
随着药膳的普及,药膳对人体的作用也越来明显,也很快被大众接受,药膳辅料的合理应用不仅促进美味,还能促进药膳功效的发挥。本文对药膳配料的化学成份、分类、配伍注意事项等方面进行归类分析,为更加合理应用药膳提供参考。
With the popularity of medicinal food, which was played an important role in the human body, was accepted quickly by the public. The reasonable application of medicinal materials not only promoted delicious, also can promote the medicinal food efficacy.
