摘要
随着药膳的普及,药膳对人体的作用也越来明显,也很快被大众接受,药膳辅料的合理应用不仅促进美味,还能促进药膳功效的发挥。本文对药膳配料的化学成份、分类、配伍注意事项等方面进行归类分析,为更加合理应用药膳提供参考。
With the popularity of medicinal food, which was played an important role in the human body, was accepted quickly by the public.
