摘要
煤矿机电设备精细化管理是煤矿安全生产的重要保证。因此,从设备的选型配套过程要精细化,设备的过程管理要精细化,考核评价要实行精细化,按管理要求加强机电队伍的素质建设等几方面来加强机电精细化管理研究是十分重要和必要的。
