摘要
屯兰矿是国内率先采用大采高智能化综采设备的矿井之一,"Y"型通风是屯兰矿作为高瓦斯、突出型矿井采用的主要通风方式,但因沿空留巷工艺复杂、工序多,严重制约矿井生产。经对生产工艺、现场管理、通风方式的优化和改进,使生产工艺、设备、通风更加匹配,既解决了瓦斯问题也实现了"高产高效"生产,为矿井的安全生产和煤炭的资源节约有了保障。
Tunlan Mine is one of the mines which took the lead in using large-mining-height intelligent fully-mechanized mining in China. Y-typed ventilation, as a main solution to the high-gas high-emission problems in Tunlan mine, has severely restricted the mine development due to complex techniques caused by gob-side entry retaining. By optimization and improvement, production techniques, field management and ventilation pattern have matched with one another, which have solved the gas problem, have realized high production and high efficiency, and have guaranteed the safety production and resource saving.
