摘要
采用二次浸渍法制备镍催化剂,并在不同反应条件下对镍系苯加氢催化剂的性能进行了考察。结果表明,在反应压力0.6~0.8 MPa、液苯空速0.8~1.0 h-1、反应入口温度约140℃、氢与苯物质的量比6~8的条件下,该催化剂体现出良好的性能。
Nickel series catalysts are prepared using twice impregnation method, and the catalytic performances of nickel series benzene hydrogenation catalysts at different conditions are investigated. The results show that the catalysts exhibit favourable catalytic performance when the reaction pressure is 0.6 -0.8 MPa, the space velocity is 0.8 -1.0 h^-1 , the inlet reaction temperature is 140℃, and the molar ratio of hydrogen to benzene is 6 - 8.
