摘要
调查了解云南省昆明市某三甲医院开展即时结报的具体情况,分析其存在的问题,并给出对策建议:首先,参照新医改要求,努力解决"看病贵"问题;其次,加大宣传力度,提高即时结报知晓率;再次,升级网络系统,提高工作效率;第四,统一三大目录,提高审核质量;最后,多方协调,缓解医院资金垫付压力。
Investigated speedy reimbursement work in a hospital in Kunming, analyzed its problem. It put forward that solve the problem of＂ to see a doctor expensively＂ according to the requirement of new medical reform, increase publicity dynamics to improve the awareness of speedy reimbursement, upgrade network system to improve working efficiency, unite the three major catalogues to increase examine quality. At last, coordinate in many ways to reduce the pressure of hospital advance funds.
