摘要
唐代太乐署是宫廷音乐教育、考核、管理的重要机构。从太乐署在太常寺中的沿革和教育行为入手,着重对太乐署中的乐官、乐工的管理考核机制、奖惩淘汰机制以及太乐署中的乐工主要来源、雅乐与燕乐教育传习内容进行论述,得出唐代宫廷音乐教育具有音乐传习种类繁多、音乐考核臻于完善、音乐管理井然有序、音乐教育十分发达的结论。
Taiyueshu （Imperial Music Office） in Tang Dynasty is the important institution for music education, assessment, and management of palace music. Starting from the history and the education of Imperial Music Office in T aichang Temple, the paper focuses on the music officer, the management of musicians, evaluation mechanism, the main source of musicians d Taiyueshu, and its teaching content. A conc]usion is drawn in the study that Tang Dynas- ty palace music education is characterized by a wide variety of music teaching materials, approximately perfect music assessment, sound music management and advanced education.
