摘要
目的寻找基层医院护理缺陷的原因并提出防范对策。方法回顾性分析2007年10月至2011年10月我市12家二级医院96例护理缺陷事件，分析护理缺陷发生的原因，探讨影响其发生的因素及防范措施。结果护理缺陷的发生与医护人员缺乏安全意识和防范意识薄弱有关，占51．04％；工作1-2年者最容易出现护理缺陷，占44．79％；其中由护师造成的最常见，占70．83％。结论临床工作中加强对护理人员的培训和管理可以避免护理缺陷的发生。
Objective To study causes and countermeasures of nursing defects in basic-level hospitals. Methods Ninety-six eases of nursing defect events in 12 hospital from October 2007 to October 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The causes and countermeasures were investigated. Results The occurrence of nursing defects was correlated with lack of safety consciousness and weak awareness of prevention, accounting for 51.04%. The nurses who worked for 1-2 years were prone to nursing defects, accounting for 44.79%. The defects were mostly caused by nurse practitioner, accounting for 70.83%. Conclusion Personnel training and management can avoid the occurrence of nursing defects in clinical oractice.
