摘要
目的分析烟草依赖程度不同的吸烟者焦虑、忧郁评分的差异及其影响因素。方法横断面问卷调查,内容包括焦虑抑郁量表和Fagerstrom尼古丁依赖性评分表。结果 1427名男性吸烟者参加了调查,吸烟或曾经吸烟者348人,其中戒烟或曾经戒烟者100人,从未戒烟者248人。根据烟草依赖程度评估表,轻度232人,中重度116人。相对于轻度烟草依赖的吸烟者而言,中重度烟草依赖者焦虑和忧郁评分均较高(P<0.05)。焦虑评分和忧郁评分与肺功能呈现正相关,且其差异有统计学意义。结论烟草依赖越重其焦虑、忧郁越重,戒烟治疗同时要给予心理治疗。
Objective To analyze the difference of anxiety and depression score of smokers having different nicotine dependence and its influencing factors. Methods Cross-sectional questionnaire survey was performed, in-cluding anxiety and depression score form and Fagerstrom nicotine dependence score form. Results A total of 1 427 male-smokers completed the questionnaire survey, of which 348 had smoking habit currently or used to have it （aver- age 53.6±17, ranging from 22 to 81）, 100 had quitted smoking or ever tried to quit smoking, 248 had never tried to quit smoking. According to the grade evaluation of nicotine dependence, 232 smokers were with mild dependence, while 116 were with moderate or severe dependence. Compared to mild nicotine dependence smokers, moderate or se- vere nicotine dependence smokers had higher score of anxiety and depression （P〈0.05）. The score of anxiety and de- pression had positive correlation with tnng function and its difference has statistical meaning. Conclusion The more severe nicotine dependence is, the higher the anxiety and depression score is. The smokers undergoing quitting smok- ing treatment should be provided with psychological treatment as well.
