摘要
目的观察口服阿维A胶囊治疗掌跖角化性湿疹的临床疗效以及安全性。方法将75例掌跖角化性湿疹患者随机分为两组。治疗组口服阿维A胶囊、氯雷他定片及外用卤米松软膏。对照组口服氯雷他定片及外用卤米松软膏。治疗4周后观察两组疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有6例出现轻微不良反应,减小用药剂量或停药后很快消失。结论口服阿维A胶囊治疗掌跖角化性湿疹疗效好,安全可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of oral intake ofAvi A capsule in the treat- ment of palmoplantar keratotic eczema. Methods Seventy-five patients with palmoplantar keratotic eczema were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the treatment group took Avi A capsules orally, with loratadine piece and topical Halometasone ointment. Patients in the control group were treated with loratadine piece, and topical Halo- metasone ointment. Effects were observed after 4 weeks of treatment. Results The clinical efficacy was significantly higher in the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Six patients in the treatment had mild adverse reactions, which disappeared soon after reducing the dose or stopping using the drug. Conclusion Oral intake ofAvi A capsule is safe and reliable for the treatment of palmoplantar keratotic eczema.
