摘要
输卵管是正常受孕的关键环节,具有运送精子、卵子及受精卵的重要作用。其解剖结构或功能异常均会造成不孕或异位妊娠。近年来不孕症发病率呈上升趋势,而输卵管因素又是女性不孕的主要原因,因此,输卵管病变是不孕症诊治过程中不容忽视的一大问题。本文就临床中常见的输卵管病变及其造成不孕的相关机制做一综述。
Effective tubal transport of sperm, ova and embryos is a prerequisite for successful spontaneous pregnancy. The dysfunction or abnormal anatomy of fallopian tube would cause infertility or ectopic pregnancy. In re- cent years, the incidence of infertility is rising, and tubal factor infertility is the main reason for women. Therefore, it can not be ignored the major problem of tubal disease in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. In this paper, we will summary the common clinical tubal disease and elaborate infertility-related machines.
