摘要
介绍一种基于伺服控制技术的新型注塑机自动门,通过伺服驱动器和伺服电机实现自动门的伺服闭环控制,整个控制过程采用S曲线加减速运动控制算法,能够实现柔性无冲击开关门、开门距离可设置、关门卡住能自动停止等功能。
A new type of automatic door for plastic injection molding machine was introduced. Servo closed loop for automatic door was set up by servo controller and servo motor. The S curve acceleration/deceleration algorithm was adopted in the whole control process. It can be used to realize the functions, such as opening/closing softly, opening distance can be set, automatic stop if the door is blocked.
