摘要
实践教学是高校人才培养方案的重要组成部分,是培养大学生创新能力的重要教学环节。为解决以往教学中学生对所学知识难以灵活运用和解决实际问题的能力等问题,结合湖北理工学院计算机学院网络工程本科专业实践教学环节的实际,开展多层次、多渠道的实践教学改革,全面、系统地对应用型人才培养的教学体系进行了探讨,旨在通过加强对学生应用能力和创新能力的培养来提高学生在就业中的竞争力。
Practice teaching plays an important part in college talent cultivation scheme, as well as an impor- tant teaching part in cultivating student＇s innovative ability. In order to solve the problems that students are not able to flexibly use their knowledge and that they lack the ability to analyze and solve practical problems, combined with the practice teaching of network engineering specialty in Hubei Polytechnic University, a teaching reform has been carried out in various levels and measurements. The reform takes a wide and sys- tematic study on the teaching system of innovative talents cultivation. The reform achievements strengthen the students＇ the ability of application and innovation, and improve their competition capability in employment market.
