摘要
【目的】探讨他扎罗汀凝胶联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗斑块状银屑病的疗效及安全性。【方法140例斑块状银屑病患者治疗侧用0．05％他扎罗汀凝胶联合0．005％卡泊三醇软膏治疗，对照侧单用0．05％他扎罗汀凝胶，患者在治疗后的第2周、4周、8周根据银屑病严重程度评分评判疗效。【结果】随着疗程的增加两组的皮损评分逐渐降低，治疗组下降更为明显；治疗组在治疗后4周和8周后的有效率分别为85．0％和97．5％显著高于对照组的55．0％和75．0％，其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。两组治疗中出现轻度瘙痒、灼热感、轻微红斑，但不影响治疗，整个治疗过程均未发现全身不良反应。【结论】他扎罗汀凝胶联合卡泊三醇治疗斑块状银屑病疗效满意，值得临床推广应用。
[Objective]To explore the efficacy and safety of tazarotene ge! combined with calcipotrio[ cream for the treatment of plaque psoriasis. [Methods]The treatment sides of 40 patients with plaque psoriasis were treated with 0.05% tazarotene gel combined with 0. 005% calcipotriol cream, while the contrast sides were treated with 0. 005 % calcipotriol cream only. According to the severity of psoriasis, the efficacy was evaluated at 2, 4 and 8 weeks after treatment. [Results] The lesion scores in two groups decreased gradually with the increasing of treatment course, but the lesion scores in treatment group decreased more obviously. After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, the total efficacy rate in treatment group was 85.0% and 97.5% respectively, which was markedly higher than that in control group（55.0% and 75.0%, respectively）, and there was significant difference between two groups（ P d0.05）. Mild itching, burning sensation and slight erythema occurred in two groups during the treatment, but had no obvious effect on the treatment. No systemic adverse reaction was found during the treatment. [Conclusion] Tazarotene gel combined with calcipotriol cream for the treat- ment of plaque psoriasis has satisfactory effect, so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
