摘要
铁路货物运输资源整合主要是对保证铁路运输能力的各种服务设备和设施资源进行整合,使其整体的组合达到最优化,提高铁路的整体运输能力。具体而言,这些资源主要就是指线路、货运站、货场设施、专用线、各种运输工具、信息、人力等相关的资源。整合的意义在于实现经济效益与社会效益的协调发展,使铁路运输的各种资源能够得到充分的利用。本文将主要对铁路货物运输资源整合的内容进行详细的分析,并对整合的方法进行探讨,希望能为相关的研究提供新的思路。
The integration of freight transportation resources is mainly to integrate resource service equip- ment and facilities resources which guarantee the capacity of railway transportation, to optimize the combi- nation of the whole research, improving the overall capacity of railway transportation. Specifically, these re- sources is mainly refers to lineseight stations, storage facilities,private sidings, various means of trans- portation, information, manpower and other related resources. The meaning of the integration is to realize the harmonious development of economic and social benefits, the railway transport all kinds of resources can be fully utilized. This paper mainly analyses the content of railway freight transportation resources in- tegration in detail, and discusses the method of integration, looking forword to providing new ideas in this research area.
