摘要
在对首都文化创意产业发展现状进行梳理的基础上,对首都文化创意产业与高校人才培养间出现的问题做了重点分析,指出二者在人才供求数量、类型和质量上不协调,提出若干对策和建议。
In recent years, cultural and creative industries in Beijing are growing fast. But there are some problems between it and fostering talents at colleges and universities, This paper analyses the problems deeply and proposes that there is non-coordination about quantities, kinds and qualities of talent supplying and demanding based on reviewing current situation of cultural and creative industries in Beijing. At last, the author suggests several ways and advices.
