辨证治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病验案3则

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是一种以气流受限为特征的肺疾病。气流受阻不完全可逆，呈进行性发展，但可以预防和治疗。COPD主要累及肺部，属中医学“肺胀”“哮症”“喘症”“咳嗽”等范畴，是老年人常见病、多发病，病情迁延反复，后期累及多脏器功能，症状复杂，证型多样，往往表里俱病，内外合邪，虚实夹杂。笔者选取了3种COPD较复杂的中医证型，因临床中药治疗取得了较好的效果，特整理分析如下。
