摘要
目的 :探讨脑星形细胞瘤组织中微血管密度 (microvessel density,MVD)和血管内皮生长因子 (vascular endothelialgrowth factor,VEGF)的表达及其临床病理意义。方法 :采用免疫组化 S- P法对 83例不同分化的脑星形细胞瘤组织进行MVD和 VEGF检测。结果 :VEGF在 级、 级、 - 级星形细胞瘤阳性表达率分别为 19.1%、 48.6 %、 74.1% ,阳性率伴随恶性程度增加而递增 (P <0 .0 1) ;MVD分布 , 级、 - 级较 级明显增加 (P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 1)。结论 :VEGF参与肿瘤新生血管形成 ,VEGF和 MVD可作为判断星形细胞瘤恶性程度指标 。
Purpose:To study the microvessel denity (MVD) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression and clinicalpathological significance in astrocytoma Methods:S-P immunohistochemical method was used to examine the MVD and VEGF expression in 83 specimens of astrocytoma Results:the positive expression rate of VEGF in Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ~Ⅳ groups of astrocytoma was 19 1%、48 6%、74 1%,respectively With the increase of degree of malignancy of astrocytoma,the positive expression rate went up (P<0 01) There were much more MVD in Ⅱ、Ⅲ~Ⅳgroups than in I groups (P<0 01,P<0 01) Conclusion:Neovascularity in astrocytoma depends on VEGF Meanwhile,VEEF and MVD might be good markers in estimating the degree of malignancy and provide antiangiogenic therapeutic base of astrocytoma
