消费者手机支付使用意愿影响因素 被引量:6

摘要 文章分析了消费者手机支付使用意愿影响因素,通过问卷调查和多元回归分析来检验感知有用性等因素与手机支付使用意愿之间的相关关系。研究结果表明,感知有用性、个人需要、社会影响、业务范围、运营商信任、个人创新性与手机支付使用意愿存在正相关关系,而且运营商信任对感知有用性与手机支付使用意愿、个人需要与手机支付使用意愿、社会影响与手机支付使用意愿、业务范围与手机支付使用意愿之间的关系存在正向的调节作用。最后根据实证研究结论提出营销建议。
