摘要
默会知识理论所具有的丰富内涵及其实践价值,与我国素质教育和课程改革的核心理念具有内在一致性。本文系统深入地分析了"默会知识"的内涵、结构、特点及其习得机制。默会知识理论对课堂教学、学习实践、职业培训具有诸多借鉴意义。
It is rich meaning and practical value of tacit knowledge theory that are consistent with the core ideas of Quality education and curriculum reform. This paper analyses the meaning, struc- ture, characteristics and mechanism of acquisition of tacit knowledge. Tacit knowledge theory provides classroom instruction, learning practice and vocational training some critical reference.
