摘要
善举不图回报的无名道德英雄其行为的价值在于秉承了革命道德的优良传统,强调了在发生大善与小善的悲剧性冲突时,集体利益至上和他人利益优先原则的历史必然性和价值合理性。然而,相对于革命等特殊时期,在和平发展的当今,个人利益与集体利益的相对独立性更为鲜明,甚至还出现了一定程度的疏离性,因此,在继承革命道德传统的同时必须强调道德回报的理念。施善者应当不以回报为前提,但社会却不应缺少回报的机制及行动,社会唯有建立有效的道德回报机制,才能增强道德行为的动力和营造扬善抑恶的道德场域。当然,道德回报也有其条件性和功能的局限性,面对细微善行更需要道德受惠者及时的蕴含谢意的信息回馈即道德回应,以确证施善者行为的道德价值进而确保其行为的可持续性。社会的道德回报和个体的道德回应是提升道德素质进而改善社会道德风气的两大主要动力源。
The value of the behavior of nameless heroes who don't intend to be repaid for generous actions is that they inherit the fine revolutionary tradition,stress the historical necessity and value rationality upon the tragic conflict between common kindness and individual kindness.However,in contrast to specific ages such as revolution,today when we are undergoing peace and progress,the relative independence,to some extent the existentialism of individual and collective interest is increasingly distinct.Therefore,the concept of moral repayment must be emphasized while the revolutionary moral tradition is inherited.Though good deeds should not be based on repayment,the society should not be lack of moral repayment mechanism and action.Social moral repayment and individual moral response should be the two key engines to upgrade the moral quality and improve the social moral atmosphere.
