摘要
济三煤矿选煤厂多浮选3上煤,由于3上煤泥质页岩含量较高造成的压滤效率降低,原有压滤机不能满足生产的需要,解决细颗粒煤泥处理量不足的方案是使用多段拉开式快速压滤机,提高细颗粒煤泥的处理效率,减少煤泥积聚现象,提高煤泥水生产过程效率,降低洗水浓度,提高精煤产率。
The Jining No. 3 Mine Coal Preparation Plant is mainly processing the upper 3 coal seam. The low filtration efficiency in upper 3 coal seam is caused by high coal shale content. The traditional press filtration method could not meet the production needs. The resolution of the low treatment capacity of particle slurry is to use multiple segment open type press filter, improve processing efficiency of the fine particles coal slurry, reduce the accumulation of slurry, enhance the production efficiency of slurry water, reduce the wash water concentration and improve the clean coal productivity.
