锅炉水平烟道侧包墙变形和开裂原因分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对某电厂330 MW机组锅炉水平烟道侧包墙、尾部烟道侧包墙和顶棚包墙多次出现变形和开裂的原因进行分析,认为锅炉启动过程中参数提升不合理造成水平烟道侧包墙和顶棚管在低负荷下主蒸汽流量过小或没有,导致水平烟道侧包墙管壁温度大大超过水冷壁侧包墙和尾部烟道侧包墙温度,从而造成水平烟道侧包墙受到压应力作用,引起变形。针对这一问题,提出加强对锅炉启动过程中主蒸汽流量的监视,主蒸汽流量、压力和温度要协调上升,研发启动过程包墙温度和压力监视系统等防范措施。 The deformation and crack on horizontal side wall of boiler, furnace flue and the roof in 330 MW boiler units are analyzed. The analysis results show that the parameters of ascension are not reasonable in the process of boiler startup, resuhed in main steam flow lower or less under low load, the temperature at horizontal side wall of boiler is much higher than that at side wall of water wall and back passes, which lead to the deformation on side wall of superheater. A solution is proposed that the main steam flow rate, pressure and temperature should be controlled coordinately and those parameters should be seriously monitored during startup process. Online monitoring system could be developed to monitor the wall temperature and pressure during startup process.
