跨组织边界的R&D团队知识分享的价值取向与管理——以科技型企业为例

摘要 当前,我国许多中小科技型企业由于先天的劣势,往往通过组建跨企业、部门的R&D团队共同研发。因而,跨组织边界的研发团队管理成为一个日益重要理论与实践问题,但现有研究对其关注度依然较少。基于问卷调查法,以R&D团队成员的价值取向为理论框架,研究发现成员在知识分享中存在四种价值取向:(1)孤独者:关注自我的利益;(2)公司守卫者:关注公司利益的保护;(3)团队遵循者:团队利益至上;(4)双向承诺者:公司与团队利益兼顾。根据不同价值取向的特征,提出了相应的管理策略。
