IFN-α联合GM-CSF在无血清培育条件下诱生DC的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究分别采用IFN α联合粒单系集落刺激因子 (GM CSF)及IL 4联合GM CSF在无血清培育条件下从正常人及多发性骨髓瘤 (MM)患者外周血单个核细胞中诱生树突状细胞 (DC) ,并对其形态、功能及免疫表型进行比较。结果表明IFN α联合GM CSF能与IL 4联合GM CSF同样有效地诱导产生DC ,所得的DC在形态、免疫表型及功能上无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,正常人和MM患者的外周血单个核细胞经诱生所获得的DC在免疫表型及功能上亦无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。 In this study,GM-CSF combined with IFN-α or IL-4 were used to induce dendritic cells (DC) in serum-free medium from peripheral blood mononuclear cells of multiple myeloma (MM) patients and normal controls The DC from different groups were compared in morphology,immunophenotype and function The results indicated that DC from different combinations of cytokines had similar characterization in immunophenotype,morphology and function DC from MM patients had no significant differences in their immunophenotype and function compared with DC from normal controls ( P >0 05)
