摘要
文章设计一个通用化网络视频监控平台,提供一套具有实时性、实用性、易操作性、高可靠性、可维护性的视频监控管理系统;介绍了网络视频监控系统的原理、架构和主要技术手段,描述了关于网络视频数据流量的计算过程,通过采用分布式架构管理,降低网络视频数据流量,基于C/S和B/S架构、模块化结构,实现了高校网络视频监控管理系统.
The design of a generic network video monitoring platform provides a real - time, practicality, easy operation, high reliability, maintainability of the video monitor and management system. This paper introduced the principle, structure and main technical means of network video surveillance system, described the network video data flow calculation process. Through the use of distributed architecture management, network video data flow was reduced. Based on the C/S and B/S architecture, the modular structure, the campus network video monitoring management system was realized.
