摘要
目的 :探讨替牙期早期矫治安氏 Ⅱ 类 1分类错的特点及其优越性。方法 :替牙期安氏 Ⅱ 类1分类错 2 3例 ,均采用方丝弓矫治器 ,不拔牙矫治。监控牙齿替换 ,利用替牙间隙调整关系。结果 :经对照 16项头影测量指标 ,10项指标矫治前后的差别有显著性 ,其中ANB、1— 1、1 MP 3项指标P <0 .0 1。矫治后前牙覆覆盖正常 ,关系良好 ,牙弓突度理想 ,平均疗程 2 8个月。结论 :安氏 Ⅱ 类 1分类错在替牙期尽早矫治 ,可明显改善颌骨的生长发育 ,阻止畸形进一步发展 。
Objective:To evaluate the early treatment of Angle Class Ⅱ, Division 1 malocclusion in the mixed dentition. Methods:23 patients with Angle Class Ⅱ, Division 1 malocclusion in the mixed dentition were selected and treated with edgewise appliance without extraction of any tooth. Results: Against 16 variables of the lateral cephalograms the arithmatic mean and the standard deviation were calculated. Student t tests were used to assess the differences between before and after treatment. The differences of three variables(ANB,1 1,1 MP) were statistically significant(p<0.01). Conclusion: Angle Class Ⅱ, Division 1 malocclusion should be treated during the mixed dentition so as to prevent the development of malocclusion and avoid extraction of permanent teeth in the permanent dentition.
