摘要
高校文化软实力是一种精神力,是一种文化力,是一种凝聚力,是一种服务力,是一种创造力。高校文化软实力的基本特征是:高层性与引领性、传承性与创新性、地方性与服务性、开放性与包容性。大学始终是一个国家、一个民族文化建设和意识形态的前沿阵地,是引领文化、引领时代,确立社会主义核心价值观的重要阵地。把握高校文化软实力的基本特征,有利于我国高校文化软实力在改革开放中求得进步与提升,有利于大学文化软实力更加彰显、更具活力,以教育梦托起中国梦,从而使我国大学文化更具感染力、凝聚力、时代感和使命感。
The soft power of university culture is a kind of spiritual power, cohesive power, service power and creative power. The basic features of soft power of university culture are ： high-level and leading, inheritant and innovative, local and service, open and inclusive. University has always been a frontier of cultural construction and ideology in a nation and in a race, which also plays an extremely important role in leading culture, leading times and establishing the core value of socialism. Grasping those basic features will help to get progress and promotion of the construction of the soft power of university culture in the course of opening-up and reform, and make the soft power more remarkable and vigorous so as to realize the Chinese dream supported by the education dream and make Chinese university culture more appealing, cohesive and have a stronger sense of time and mission.
