摘要
目的 :探讨大脑半球胶质瘤根治性切除的疗效。方法 :长期随访了 2 7例大脑半球胶质瘤患者根治术后 4 5～ 12 7个月。结果 :术后生存率 1年为 10 0 % ,2年为 85 2 % ,3年为 70 4% ,4年为 4 4 4% ,5年为 33 3% ,6年为 14 8% ,7年为 14 8% ,8年为 11 1% ,9年和 10年生存率达 3 7%。结论 :大脑半球胶质瘤根治术是目前治疗脑胶质瘤较有效的方法。
Objective:To investigate the value of curative surgery of cerebral glioma. Methods:Curative operation had been performed on 27 patients for cerebral gliomas.Periods of postoperative follow up ranged between 45 and 127 months. Results:The statistics showed that actuarial survival of cerebral gliomas was as follows:1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 year actuarial survival rate was 100%,85.2%,70.4%,44.4%,33.3%,14.8%,14.8%,11.1%,3.7% and 3.7%,respectively. Conclusion:The curative surgery of cerebral glioma is one of the effective methods for the treatment of cerebral gliomas at the present.
