摘要
研究一种新型浇注料,以43号焦宝石为骨料,配以活性SiO2微粉、α-Al2O3微粉和某种微粉,以纯铝酸钙水泥作结合剂,并加入有效的外加剂制成混合料,经浇注振动成型,得到转窑浇注料。该浇注料具有较高的抗折、耐压强度,保温性能较好,应用于回转窑内衬等部位,使用寿命可达1～2年。
This paper studyed a new type of castable with 43 # flint clay for aggregate, match with active SlOe micro powder, alpha Al2O3 micro powder and some micro powder, pure calcium aluminate cement as bonding agent, and adding effective additive. The turn kiln castable was obtained after pou- ring and molding. The pouring material has high bending, compression strength, heat preservation performance is good, used in the rotary kiln lining and other parts, service life can reach 1 ~ 2 years.
