摘要
目的:观察射频技术治疗化脓性肉芽肿的疗效和不良反应。方法:将70例化脓性肉芽肿患者随机分成射频术治疗组35例和CO2激光治疗组35例,观察疗效和不良反应。结果:射频组一次治愈34例,CO2激光组一次治愈29例,两组一次治愈率差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组轻微瘢痕发生率差异有显著性(P<0.05),色素沉着发生率及色素减退发生率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:射频术治疗化脓性肉芽肿具有方法简单、安全、有效,治愈率高的优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficency and grannuloma treated with radiofrequency technology. assigned to radiofrequency technology treatment group cases）.The efficaly and side-effect were observed. side-effect in the patients with pyogenic Methods Totally 70 cases were randomly （35 cases） and C02 laser treatment group（35 Results 34 cases were cured after once treatment in radiofrequency technology treatment group and 29 cases were cured in C02 laser treatment group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. There was statistically significantly differences of scar rate between the two treatment methods （P〈O.05）. No significantly differences of hypopigmentation rate and hyperpigmentation rate between the two treatment methods （P〉O.05）. Conclusion The radiofrequency technology treatment for patients with pyogenic grannuloma was characterized by simplicity,safe,efficency and high cure rate.It deserves to be recommended clinically.
