摘要
目的:探讨自制视频教材对下颌埋伏阻生牙拔除术患者心理状况的影响。方法:将行择期门诊下颌埋伏阻生牙拔除术的160例患者,按随机分组的方法分为两组。对照组采用常规护理宣教,实验组接受自制视频教材的干预,并对两组患者术前15min、术中的血压、心率以及焦虑程度进行比较,以判断自制视听教材对下颌埋伏阻生牙拔除术患者生命体征的影响及焦虑程度的影响。结果:实验组血压、心率、焦虑明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制视听教材方法能缓解下颌埋伏阻生牙拔除术患者的焦虑程度,可减轻患者的紧张情绪,使患者保持一个较好的心理及生理状态。
Objective To investigate the effects of self-made clinical video on the patients undergoing mandibular wisdom teeth extraction. Methods 160 patients undergoing mandibular wisdom teeth extraction from June 2010 to June 2011 were chose and divided into two groups randomly.Patients of the control group received the regular dental nursing education on the day before surgery,and the experimental group deployed the clinical video intervention.To judge the degree of the video＇s effects on patients,blood pressure,heart rate and anxiety level of the two groups 15minuets before and during the surgery were compared. Results The anxiety level of the experimental group was apparently lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Watching self-made clinical video can effectively alleviate patients anxiety and easy patients emotional tension, help patients keep a better physical and psychological states.
