摘要
目的:评价甘草原液联合高能窄谱红光治疗面部季节性接触性皮炎的疗效。方法:将166例面部季节性接触性皮炎患者随机分为三组:A组:口服左西替利嗪5mg,1次/日,高能窄谱红光治疗1～2次/周,外用40%甘草原液2次/天;B组:口服左西替利嗪5mg,1次/天,高能窄谱红光治疗1～2次/周;C组:口服左西替利嗪5mg,1次/日。三组连续治疗2周,于治疗前后进行临床症状及体征评分和疗效评价,随访至本季节末以观察复发率。结果:A组痊愈率75.44%,有效率100.00%,复发率12.79%,B组痊愈率40.00%,有效率80.00%,复发率30.91%,C组痊愈率22.22%,有效率48.15%,复发率66.67%。A组痊愈率和有效率分别高于B、C两组,B组亦高于C组,统计学差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);A组复发率低于B、C两组,且B组低于C组,统计学差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:甘草原液联合高能窄谱红光配合口服左西替利嗪治疗面部季节性接触性皮炎安全、见效快、痊愈率高,复发率低。
Objective To observe the effect of liquorice raw liquor combined with red LED therapy on Seasonal Contact Dermatitis patients. Methods All 166 cases were randomized into three groups and observed for two weeks to determine the efficacy.A group took levocetirzine 5mg daily, accepted red LED therapy once or twice a week and applied 40% liquorice raw liquor twice a day, B group took levocetirzine 5mg daily and accepted red LED therapy same as A group, C group only took levocetirzine 5rag daily. Follow-up till the end of the season to observe the recurrence rate. Results Cure rate of 75.44%, efficiency rate of 100% and recurrence rate of 12.79% were observed in A group, while they were 40.00%, 80.00 %, 30.91% in B group and 22.22%, 48.15%,66.67% in C group respectively. When the cure rate and efficiency rate were compared among the groups, rates of A statistically significant better than that of B or C while B also better than C （P〈0.05）. Among these three groups,the recurrence rate of A statistically significant lower than that of B or C, while B also lower than C （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Liquorice raw liquor combined with red LED therapy and levocetirzine have a more satisfactory effect on Seasonal Contact Dermatitis patients.
