西拉普利治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂西拉普利治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的疗效。方法:以西拉普利2.5mg每天早晨服用1片,治疗轻、中度原发性高血压38例,随访血压,2周后血压未降至正常者加量至5mg每天早晨顿服,总疗程4周。观察治疗前后血压的差异。结果:治疗总有效率为97.4％。结论:单用西拉普利每日1次治疗可以有效、安全地控制轻、中度高血压患者的血压。
