摘要
为进一步推进甩挂运输发展,促进运输车辆与装备、运输组织与管理、运输场站设施及信息化等基本要素标准化,通过对国内外甩挂运输及其标准体系现状的研究分析,建立我国甩挂运输标准体系,为在我国开展和促进甩挂运输以及相关标准制修订奠定基础。
For developing the drop and pull transport, promoting the standardization of the basic elements including transport vehicles, organization and management, transport station and transport informationization, the standard system of drop and pull transport is established in China by researching the overseas and domestic status of drop and pull transport and its standard system, which lay the foundation for developing drop and pull transport and its related standard establishment in China.
