摘要
目的:观察米非司酮五日三周期疗法对围绝经期功血的临床疗效。方法:将确诊为围绝经期功血的64例患者随机均分为对照组和观察组,观察组采用五日三周期疗法,对照组连续给药3个月。比较两组患者治疗后的近、远期疗效和两组患者治疗前后性激素变化情况。结果:观察组32例患者共有22例患者治愈,9例患者好转,1例无效,复发率为25%(8/32)。对照组治愈20例,好转10例,无效2例,复发率43.8%(14/32)。两组患者治疗后的性激素水平均比治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗后的性激素水平无差异(P>0.05)。结论:米非司酮采用五日三周期疗法治疗围绝经期功血简单、安全、有效。
Objective： To observe the five days and three cycles fllerapy of mifepriStone to dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods： 64 cases who were diagnosed dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Observation group used the therapy of five days and three cycles, but control group were given mifepristone three months continuously. Compared the treatment of two groups and changes of sex hormones. Results：32 cases of the observation group cured 22 patients, 9 patients got better, 1 patients invalid, the recurrence rate was 25% （8/32）. The control group cured 20 cases, improvedl 0 Cases. 2 cases ineffectived, the recurrence rate was 43.8% （ 14/32）. The level ofsex hormones obviously decreased than before treatment （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Five days and threecycles therapy of mifepristone to dysfunctional uterine bleeding is simple, sate and effective.
